It's more than just a great dentist. It's the entire support team that surrounds the dentist that provides the best patient experience. This office has some outstanding individuals who work as a team and provide a great experience from the first appointment confirming email to the follow-up after you depart. I recommend highly!

The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Everything was explained to me very well. The dentist introduced herself to me and explained all her findings. I got the feeling this practice would rather save teeth than pull them out. I was very happy with my visit and would recommend them to my friends and family. I am grateful that they were recommend to me.

The Staff was warm and friendly with greeting me as I stepped inside! All were extremely personable. The short wait was awesome and very comfortable. My hygienist Sara was fantastic , no pain either! When I asked many questions she fielded them all with honesty and integrity. She gave me a fun goody bag as well as offering me a perk of purchasing a hydro sonicare as I conveniently checked out . I had a crown come off on Friday evening. I called on Monday afternoon and spoke with the staff, explained what happened and I was not in pain. They got me in on Wednesday and were able to get it cleaned up and glued back on. Everything accomplished in a professional manner. The complete team was outstanding . My first appointment was today!! I felt welcomed immediately and received a thorough examination along with the explanations of what is needed to get my dental needs taken care of. Had my back tooth pulled after I broke it . They had to do some long hours on it but they finally got it out. It put up a good fight but lost in the end. The whole time the people there made me feel like they cared about me and my thoughts on the matter. I loved that. They explained every step to me and asked if I was ok with that. I will be going to them as my new dentist (since this was my first time there). I would recommend them for those of you who, like me, don't want to go to the dentist. (Scared of them) all in all it was a great visit. THANK YOU Glen Rose Family Dental!
